COURTESY VISIT TO THE KENYA EMBASSY IN DOHA, QATAR

Diaspora Affairs PS, Ms. Roseline K. Njogu, on Tuesday afternoon, paid a courtesy visit to the Kenya Embassy in Doha, where she met Ambassador Mohamed Nur Adan, Kenya’s Ambassador to Qatar and the staff.

The PS, in her remarks, outlined initiatives to strengthen services for Kenyans abroad, including streamlined consular support, enhanced welfare protection, and investment opportunities under Kenya’s diaspora engagement framework, aligning with ongoing efforts to safeguard diaspora rights, expand skills transfer programs, and foster economic partnerships.

Earlier on, the PS visited the International Security Consulting (ISC) in Doha, a private security firm in Qatar that has employed hundreds of Kenyan nationals. Discussions focused on the welfare of Kenyan diaspora workers in Qatar’s private security sector. #KenyaInQatar
